The second annual Tappedtober craft beer and wine festival was truly a success. The weather was beautiful and downtown Natchitoches was full of live music, craft beer, wine, local vendors, kids zone, football on the big screen, fireworks and fun for the whole family.
Powered by Jimmy Granger's Natchitoches Ford Lincoln, Tappedtober was brought to you by the Natchitoches Regional Medical Center Foundation, the Northwestern Louisiana Cancer Foundation, our proud sponsors, and our great community.
All proceeds benefited our missions to increase local access to cancer care and healthcare excellence in our community.
About our Foundations and Mission:
Northwestern Louisiana Cancer Foundation was created to ease the burden of access to healthcare for our most vulnerable patients (i.e. transportation, gas cards, lodging, dietary & financial assistance). Through generous community support, the funds to purchase the van are on hand. Now our goal is the operational costs of the transportation assistance program.
Natchitoches Regional Medical Center Foundation exists to ensure NRMC is equipped to excel in delivering healthcare excellence to every member of our community. The Foundation does this through funding technology advancements (i.e. 3D mammography), new healthcare services, nursing & allied health scholarships, and community wellness grants.
Did you know that 100% of all Tappedtober proceeds stay LOCAL - used right here in our community for our families and neighbors?
